Vacation Bible School
June 28-30, 2024
We are so excited to offer a VBS weekend experience again this summer at Leesburg Presbyterian Church!
Seekers in Sneakers: Discover Jesus, is an interactive Vacation Bible School where children use their investigative skills to discover Jesus. Through worship and drama, Bible study, art and science explorations, and active games, children are invited to follow the example and teachings of Jesus in every place and every part of life. So grab your water bottle, your Bible, and your friends, because this is going to be a great adventure!
Dates:
Friday, June 28, 5:30-7:30 pm. Dinner will be provided. We will provide a gluten free option if needed. Please mark this on your child’s registration form. Our theme for the evening will be Jesus the Learner.
Saturday, June 29, 9:00 am-2:00 pm. Snack will be provided. For participants with food allergies, please provide a snack for your child. All participants will need to bring a nut free packed lunch. Our morning theme will be Jesus Our Companion. Our afternoon theme will be Jesus Our Teacher.
Sunday, June 30, Join us at 10 am for our worship service. During the Time with the Younger Church, VBS participants will showcase some of their learning from the weekend. Our theme during Godly Play will be Jesus Our Helper. A family brunch and mission project will follow the worship service upstairs in Fellowship Hall. Our theme will be Jesus Our Example.
This fun-filled VBS is for children 4 years of age through rising 5th Graders
There is a $10 non-refundable registration fee for single registration
and a $15 non-refundable registration fee for family registration.
Registration fees will be donated to local nonprofits chosen by the children.
You may pay online or send money to LPC. Please add VBS and your child(rens) names in the memo line.
